For more than 15 years, our founder managed critical HVAC infrastructure for a major Silicon Valley tech company, supporting uptime across data centers, labs, and corporate spaces. That experience under pressure shaped Delta’s DNA: safety first, ethics always, and customer service at the heart of every decision.
